I’m a wife to my dream man Jimmy, mom to my 14 month old son Bennett, professional dancer and a barre, pilates and sculpt instructor. But beyond all of that, I have a passion to help women fall in love with movement again.

I launched Glo Movement because intentional movement changed my life. I struggled with an eating disorder in the past and used to workout excessively, leaving me at the lowest point of my life. It wasn’t until I discovered that low-impact movement not only is challenging in the best way, but leaves you feeling that Glo that radiates from the inside out. As I healed my relationship with myself, I knew in my heart that I had to share this movement with the world. I’m so deeply passionate about guiding women through movement in a way that uplifts, affirms, educates and challenges your mind and body, because that’s where the transformation lies.

Glo Movement is all about showing up for you, embracing the mental and physical challenge of movement and showing gratitude for yourself after each and every class. Whether you have 30 minutes or 10 minutes, you will feel a shift in your energy that will impact how you show up in the world.

Challenge yourself by joining Jadyn & Rebekah on a 30-day journey to unlock your most confident self!

The program includes 30 days of workouts designed to strengthen both your body and mind, helping you feel more connected to yourself. You’ll have access to three live workouts each week, along with an online community where you can support and connect with other women on the same journey. Additionally, you’ll join us for four one-hour sessions every Monday at 5:30pm PST, focusing on confidence-building, mindset-shifting, and expansive coaching calls aimed at boosting your self-worth. (If you can’t attend live, recordings will be available in the library for you to access anytime.)

If you're looking for extra motivation and a supportive community of women, we can't wait to feel empowered together. The official start date is Monday, October 7th, but you can join anytime—everything will be available to you on-demand.

With Glo, I just have to wake up, change into whatever clothes I want, click on the Zoom link and/or push play on-demand, and get my burn on! Before Glo, I rarely worked out but since starting Glo, I feel the need to move my body daily. Days that I’m unable to take class in the morning are drastically different than the days that I do. On the days I don’t workout I’m tired and have no motivation, where on days I do workout, my mind and body are ready to tackle the day!

Glo has been there for me through each season of my life. Motivation and accountability were key when I was doing an intense 20-hour-per-week training regimen! When I was expecting my little one, Glo’s program flexed with me. And now that I am postpartum, I can take on-demand classes when baby naps. I feel stronger, more aligned, accomplished, and in a positive mood after class - ready to be the kind of mom I want to be.
